Job Description Assist in the smooth running of the daily facilities operation of the Headquarters Campus; assist in providing a flexible approach to a wide variety of operational tasks. Duties carried out during opening hours. Responsibilities Ensure the provision of an effective and efficient facilities service within the overall priorities of the Headquarters Campus Comply with the Health and Safety requirements and provisions. Ensure that safe working practices are adopted and that all equipment is operated safely. The Individual Experience of care and maintenance of property Previous experience of working with staff, visitors, members of the public and contractors Ability to demonstrate a satisfactory level of numeracy and literacy Effective verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude for tidiness Demonstrate attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks/actions Ability to work unsupervised/on own initiative and as part of a team Knowledge of Security, Health and Safety Knowledge of customer care requirements and ability to deliver high standards of customer care Ability to carry out handyman / basic maintenance duties Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office/Office 365 application suite: Word/Excel/Outlook Effective interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate positively with groups from varying backgrounds.
