Regional Support Manager at Care Concern Group
Overview
Care Concern Group’s continued growth has created an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Support Manager to shape the future of care across the South Central region. This senior, visible leadership role will drive excellence across eight diverse services at varying stages of maturity, including four newly commissioned homes, and will strengthen quality, stabilise performance, and build momentum across the region.
Contract & Compensation
* Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus per annum
* Full‑time contract, 40 hours per week, Days shift type
* 5.6 weeks annual leave

Responsibilities
As Regional Support Manager you will lead from the front, unite Home Managers, Deputies, and Clinical Leads around a clear vision, and support them to perform at their best while holding standards high. You will own improvement and turnaround activity where required, provide hands‑on leadership or interim support to homes needing additional governance or stability, balance quality, compliance, and commercial performance, and drive real impact across the South Central region, including regular travel, occasional overnight stays, and weekend on‑call support.
Qualifications
You are a confident, nurse‑qualified leader (RGN or RMN) with credibility, presence, and emotional intelligence to influence at every level. Your clinical background underpins decision‑making, while you operate comfortably at a strategic and operational level, using data to drive improvement and sustainability. You have proven experience leading across multiple services or regions, ideally within care environments, with a strong track record of improving quality, stabilising teams, and delivering positive regulatory outcomes. You balance compassion with accountability, quality with commercial reality, be a natural leader who inspires trust, build strong relationships with Home Managers, external stakeholders, regulators, and families, and thrive in environments where your leadership genuinely shapes outcomes.
