Duties as a Year 4/5 Teacher:

4. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure pupil progress.

Ideal Year 4/5 Teacher:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
2. A strong understanding of the Year 4/5 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A commitment to high expectations and inclusive education.
5. A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and learning.
