* £60,000 per annum
* Days 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

The Role – Operations Manager
* Senior accountable owner for the relationship with customers
* Collaboration and liaison with other Managers and members of the senior leadership team.
* Ability to take ownership and accountability of allocated projects to ensure delivery of the technical and financial performance whilst having the backing of a supportive team and working closely with the senior leadership.
* Senior representative attending customer meeting cover all project aspects and levels of seniority within the customer organisation.
* Lead the project team and manage the supply chain to deliver projects to time, meeting cost and quality targets and company standards.
* Delivering continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
What our client is looking for in a Operations Manager:
* Experience of Operations Management within a manufacturing / FMCG / Packaging - ESSENTIAL
* Have a working knowledge of the procedures and processes undertaken in Manufacturing environments.
* Commercial awareness and experience in working with Customers quantity Surveyors.
* Experience in building and expanding a team to meet additional demands.
