Events Manager
New Hall School, located on the Avenue, Boreham, Chelmsford, Essex.
About the Role
All year‑round position. 9.00am–6.00pm, five days per week, including Saturdays.
As the Events Manager you will lead the coordination and management of a varied calendar of school events and holiday camps. You will work across the whole school day, evenings and weekends, ensuring that each event runs smoothly, safely and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, organising and overseeing all school events, including holiday camps.
* Managing event budgets and coordinating with suppliers and external partners.
* Recruiting and supervising volunteer teams.
* Providing detailed reports and post‑event reviews to improve future events.
* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies.
