Who are we looking for?
Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking to appoint well-organised, committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer and Learner Services Team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in contributing to the College recruitment, admissions, retention and success rates by providing efficient and effective frontline services offering information, advice and guidance on our wide and diverse range of complimentary support services to existing learners, new applicants to the College and general public while being part of the team that handle a busy switchboard with in and outbound calls.
You will be required to work closely, and in collaboration with, cross college departments in order to provide a welcoming, seamless and professional service to learners and visitors to the Learner Hub.
The successful candidate will also be required to be a good team-player, with good communication skills and have experience of inputting data efficiently and accurately.
