An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In House Property Solicitor to join a global technology and telecommunications business in Leeds. This role will suit a junior commercial property solicitor looking to move in house and work closely with a growing legal team on a wide range of real estate matters.

Description
The In House Property Solicitor will be:
* Managing lease renewals, licences to alter, assignments and property agreements
* Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial property documentation
* Working on real estate transactions and wider infrastructure projects
* Conducting due diligence and preparing reports in line with internal real estate policies
* Advising internal stakeholders on commercial property matters
* Attending meetings with business teams and external advisers
* * Working closely with the wider legal team on key commercial projects
Profile
The In House Property Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor with around NQ to 4 years PQE in commercial property
* Experienced in landlord and tenant matters including leases and licences
* Skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial property documents
* Interested in developing an in house legal career
* Able to work closely with business stakeholders and external advisers
* * Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
* Be able to work in Bradford two days a week
Job Offer
* Salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
