Transport Administrator
Location: Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
JRL Plant & Logistics is part of the JRL Group which encompasses 14+ divisions delivering bespoke solutions for the most complex construction projects.
We are looking for an Administrator with transport experience.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring Driver's timesheets are correct and submitted to our Payroll team.
* Dealing with expenses
* Administration of Mandata system for multiple depots.
* Data input & verification.
* Query resolution.
* Standard & ad hoc report preparation.
* Ensuring that all administrative tasks associated with the operation are completed to the required standard.
Requirements:
* Self-starter with eye for detail & a methodical approach to work.
* Excellent communicator and time-keeper.
* IT literate.
