The Role

* Taking responsibility for supporting clients through care proceedings, from initial involvement right through to final hearings.
* Advising on special guardianship applications and related public law matters.
* Undertaking your own advocacy and representing clients in court.

The Candidate
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE as a Childcare Solicitor and will be looking for the next step in their career.
* Able to manage your own caseload with experience in public children law matters.
* A strong communicator, with the ability to empathise and remain calm under pressure.
* Confident in explaining complex legal issues in clear, reassuring language.
