Pay rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience

About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils across the curriculum. You’ll work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored learning activities, assist with classroom management, and provide one-to-one and small group support to help children reach their full potential.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children in an educational or care setting
* Patient, approachable, and supportive in interactions with pupils
* Able to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
* Confident in assisting with classroom routines and behaviour management
* Willing to help plan and deliver engaging learning activities
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, CACHE) are desirable but not essential
