We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager for Healthcare & Education to join our Specification team in the North of England, supporting the continued success of Altro's premium flooring and wall cladding solutions. This is a pivotal role where you will develop and manage key customer relationships, influence specifications, and drive growth across major healthcare and education accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Building and managing strategic relationships with key healthcare and education customers
2. Developing and executing Key Account Plans to grow and retain major accounts
3. Driving product specification by influencing end users and stakeholders
4. Delivering CPDs and commercial presentations (both in-person and virtual)
5. Identifying opportunities and building a strong project pipeline with your colleagues
6. Supporting projects through their lifecycle to maximise conversion
7. Negotiating agreements and establishing commercial terms where appropriate
8. Providing expert advice on Altro products, applications, and installations
9. Organising product trials to demonstrate real-world value
10. Staying up to date with industry trends, legislation, and competitor activity
11. Using CRM systems to manage and record customer interactions
