- Customer service, CCTV Operator, and Call Handler - Nights
Mitie, the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, is expanding its M&S Security Operations Centre and is looking for new team members on a permanent basis. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA license. If you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and good computer skills, we want to hear from you!
Salary: £32,631.90
Location: 650 Pavilion Drive, Northampton
Shift pattern: nights, 4 on 4 off
Main Duties:
1. Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening in M&S Stores
2. Supporting M&S store colleagues on the phone
3. Inputting security and crime incident data into a central database
4. Providing a high level of customer service to our client
5. Completing retrospective reviews of incidents in stores
