What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with daily household routines and practical tasks
Encouraging independence and building life skills
Supporting individuals with social activities, outings, and community engagement
Working as part of a supportive, professional team
Delivering care in situations that may involve challenging behaviour
What We’re Looking For:
Understanding of Health & Safety and Safeguarding Adults
Previous experience in social care is preferred
Moving and handling training is an advantage
Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour is desirable
First Aid training is beneficial
