Opportunity to join a leading UK property investment platform as an Investment Analyst based in London with significant capital to deploy
* Broad investment exposure across corporate, portfolio, direct asset, and joint venture transactions
* Build, review and interpret complex financial models to assess returns, risks, and value drivers
* Prepare concise investment summaries and Investment Committee material
* Conduct market, sector and asset-level research to support investment decisions
* Support transaction execution and liaise with advisors, counterparties, and legal team
* Work closely with senior executives and develop strong internal networks
* Role suited to candidates with 1–2 years’ financial modelling experience
* Background in investment banking, Big 4 corporate finance, private equity or investment funds preferred
* Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills required
