Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment - Sutton - Up to £45,794
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Sutton has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Sutton. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work
* 4 on 4 off days only 07:00 AM - 19:00 PM
* Plenty of Overtime available
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
* Emergency lighting tests
* Control Panels
* Changing Ballast
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
* Maintain and update Log books
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* Pumps, motors

* Salary of £45,794

Requirements
* Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Required)
* 18th Edition (Required if Electrical Bias)
* Electrical Testing - 2391 (Desirable)
* Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
