The Venue

Vaillant Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.

About The Role

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage premium service areas to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences. This includes managing staff, maintaining service standards, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support F&B staff to ensure exceptional service, professionalism, and team performance
2. Oversee daily operations, coordinate between kitchen and service teams, and ensure smooth workflow
3. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
4. Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
5. Assist with events, staff scheduling, reporting, and secure payment processing via EPOS system.


About You:

6. 2–3 years of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory role
7. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
8. Proven ability to manage customer service issues and resolve complaints effectively
9. Solid knowledge of F&B operations, health regulations, and inventory control
10. Flexible availability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
