Currently, we are seeking to hire a Customer Service & Operations Associate to support our web and customer services by providing customer support to our online visitors via phone and email. As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you have a passion for the product and use your knowledge to sell, help, and educate our customers. You are a proven sales driver and strive to exceed goals. This position will be based in our London office on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
* Communicate with customers via calls, email, Live Chat, and social media platforms.
* Placing orders, processing exchanges & refunds, and complaint handling.
* Answer all inquiries promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
* Collaborate with Logistics teams, Warehouses, and carriers to ensure the best delivery experience possible.
* Monitor feedback and communicate with customers as required. Use feedback to promote and share customer trends with the Management team and business colleagues.
* Assist in supervising and maintaining the customers' online shopping journey, ensuring imagery, descriptions, FAQs, and content are correct.
* Establish long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviors, and purchases.
* Assist customers with the online purchasing journey or from partnering retailers.
* Participate in new and current initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales opportunities.
* Daily processing of SO Acknowledge; SO Confirm: SO Dispatch notifications.
* Assist with handling ad-hoc press and gifting dispatch requirements.
Experience:
* Proven track record of working within a busy customer support environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good numerical skills.
* Competent with Office applications including Word and Excel.
* Computer literate - confident with learning and navigating systems/applications.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
