Typical Activities
• Responding to technical support requests via email, phone or ticketing system
• Providing advanced troubleshooting and resolving customer incidents
• Fulfilling service requests and provisioning hardware
• Supporting the Major Incident and Problem Management processes
• Creating and maintaining user guides and internal documentation
• Collaborating with other teams to drive incident resolution
• Assisting in inter-team knowledge sharing and workload alignment
• Delivering training and support to other Service Desk team members
• Communicating service issues and updates to management
• Supporting service delivery excellence across the business
