We are working with an exciting new client based in the Coleshill area who are looking to recruit Logistics Operators to join their busy warehouse and logistics team. This is a global organisation offering excellent long-term opportunities, with temporary roles expected to become permanent for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities * Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment * Safe and efficient movement of goods across site * Loading, unloading, and handling materials * Supporting stock control and general warehouse operations * Working to targets in a fast-paced environment Shift Pattern Rotating shifts (weekly rotation): * Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (1:00pm finish on Fridays) * Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (8:00pm finish on Fridays) * 36.5 hour working week * 30-minute unpaid lunch break * Overtime paid at time and a half / double time (where applicable) Essential Skills & Experience * Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations * Valid FLT Licence (essential) * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment Desirable * VNA Licence (preferred but not essential) Benefits (upon permanent transfer) * 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Pension scheme ...
