Sales Director – New Build Housing Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
Up to £135,000 base + excellent bonus + full executive package
Kitson Associates is partnering with a leading housing developer on a retained search to appoint an established Regional Sales Director within the housing industry.

Role & Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales/Senior Managers and on-site Sales Advisors; hire, upskill, and succession-plan
* Optimise conversion across the funnel: enquiry → visit → reservation → exchange → completion
* Partner cross-functionally with Land, Technical, Build, and Marketing to align programme, spec, and launch plans
* Elevate customer experience: consistent standards, mystery shop action plans, and post-reservation care
* Represent the region at Board/Exec cadence; prepare accurate forecasts and board packs
What we are looking for
* Current Sales Director or Head of Sales working for a UK housebuilder.
* Self-starter, driven, results-focused with a supportive, coaching style.
* Proven multi-site leadership and target over-achievement.
* Deep pricing/release/incentive know-how, incl. PX/assisted moves
* Happy with travelling
