Job Description Mid-Level/Junior Producer (6–12 Month Temp Contract)
Reports to: Event Leads/Senior Producers
Location: London (Hybrid: Office Mon/Tues/Thurs; WFH Wed/Fri)
Hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Mid-Level/Junior Producer to join our team on a 6–12 month temporary contract .
In this role, you will support multiple Event Leads across a range of projects, working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for managing key project tasks independently, adapting to the different working styles of our senior team, and confidently balancing your workload across several accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their production and project management skills within a dynamic, creative agency setting.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Support multiple Event Leads by delivering day-to-day project activities across different clients and campaigns.
Manage your own task lists and timelines effectively, ensuring high-quality execution with minimal supervision.
Clearly understand the objectives of each project/task before beginning, asking smart questions when needed.
