Veterinary Receptionist role at CVS Group UK
Two enthusiastic individuals with a passion for animals to join Woodlands Veterinary Group as Veterinary Receptionists. Location: Plymouth. Contract: Permanent. 2 roles available. Hours: 19.2 hours per week. Shift Pattern: Thursday 10:30 – 19:00; Saturday 13:00 – 18:00 (two in five) and Saturday 08:30 – 18:00 (two in five); Sunday 09:00 – 15:00 (three in five).
There is an emphasis on providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients arriving at the practice.

Responsibilities
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
* Registering new clients
* Dispensing medications
* Taking payments
* Adhering to company policies and procedures to achieve key performance targets, client satisfaction and engagement
* Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients arriving at the practice
What We’re Looking For
* Previous Receptionist experience is essential; veterinary experience is a plus
* Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing situations
* Excellent communicator with strong empathy
* Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
* Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management/operating systems
