Job Description
Our client is a well-established, privately owned IT solutions business serving major clients across the UK and Europe. They provide a comprehensive range of managed IT support, software, and hardware solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a driven Account Manager to their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* 75% new business development on a win and retain basis
* 25% cross-sell and upsell into existing accounts
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
* Collaborate with pre-sales engineers on complex infrastructure and cloud projects
* Advise clients and provide quotations for project requirements
* Attend face-to-face client meetings as appropriate
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costs
* Hit monthly and quarterly gross profit targets
Required
* Minimum 3 years’ IT sales experience at an IT reseller or MSP
* Proven track record of target achievement
* Target-driven, ambitious, and hungry to earn
* Genuine interest in IT and technology
* Positive, self-motivated, hunter mentality
* Commutable to Oxford
Beneficial Skills
* Consultative, solution-based sales approach
* High-level sales experience with any of the following: Sophos, Dell, HP, VMware, VEEAM, Microsoft/Azure

* Base salary £40,000 – £45,000
* Uncapped commission – up to 15% of monthly GP figures
