Waste Support Officer
In this role, you will coordinate and implement process and practices designed to support developing, managing and monitoring waste services. You will support waste initiatives through education, working to resolve requests for service, issues and complaints in a proactive manner, seeking an amicable resolution where possible.

About you
1. Broad general knowledge of waste and waste legislation.
2. High level of Customer service skill, ability to interact with a wide audience.
3. Broad understanding of Health and Safety.
4. Driving license (Essential).
5. Advanced computer skills.
6. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
7. Flexible approach to work.
