About the Role We are seeking a Family Support Practitioner to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of families. This role involves working directly in family homes to create positive change through practical, hands-on approaches. You will build strong relationships with families and their networks, delivering tailored casework and interventions. A key part of the role includes Family Time (Supervised Contact), where you will transport children and observe parent-child interactions to support court processes when a child has been removed from home. Key Requirements Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle (approximately 70% of the role involves travel). Minimum 3 years' experience working with families in a support or intervention capacity. Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
