Head Chef | Canary Wharf | £55,000 | 40 Hours
We’re recruiting a Head Chef for a busy contract catering site in Canary Wharf delivering up to 800 covers per day, alongside a varied corporate hospitality service.
Hospitality ranges from working sandwich lunches and buffets to formal sit-down dinners and events, so we’re looking for a chef who enjoys both high-volume service and quality hospitality dining.
Kitchen Brigade
* Sous Chef
* 3 x Chef de Partie
* Commis Chef
* 2 x Kitchen Porters
The Role
* Lead and develop the kitchen team
* Deliver fresh, high-volume food service
* Oversee corporate hospitality and events
* Manage stock control, ordering and food safety
