Detailed Job Description Carry out reactive and planned maintenance to ensure equipment operates effectively. Respond to plant breakdowns, implementing both temporary and permanent solutions. Promote and enforce health and safety standards in line with company policies. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work. Support and train operatives on inspection and maintenance tasks. Ensure plant compliance with ISO 19001 quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment. Report defects and escalate issues appropriately. Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as required by the business.
