Service Advisor – Automotive Main Dealer
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Salary: £27,000 base salary | £34,000 OTE
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) | 1 in 3 Saturdays

In this pivotal role, you will act as the core link between our workshop technicians and our customers. You will oversee the entire customer journey, offering expert guidance, managing timelines, and delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for every vehicle owner.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Care: Serve as the primary contact for guests, providing regular vehicle updates and a welcoming experience.
* Administration & Workflow: Manage bookings, prepare accurate job cards, and raise quotes utilizing the Pinnacle DMS.
* Upselling & Targets: Leverage Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHC) to identify service needs and help drive department performance.
* Internal Coordination: Work closely with the parts department to ensure correct stock levels, quality control, and smooth operations.
