* Carry out hands-on modification, construction, and maintenance of HVAC test rigs across a range of disciplines, including metalwork, timber fabrication, plumbing, and electrical wiring (power, communications, and instrumentation).

* Support the delivery of experimental and testing programmes by setting up, operating, and adjusting equipment to meet project requirements.
* Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical engineering solutions to ensure reliable system performance.
* Record, analyse, and report test data, contributing to technical documentation and project outputs.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and improve testing methodologies and rig capabilities.
* Maintain workshop, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
