We’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the development of “My Account” and loyalty features across web and app channels for a major UK transport hub. You’ll work with three development teams and suppliers, driving improvements in user experience and supporting large-scale transformation projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Own and prioritise product backlogs for 'My Account' and loyalty features
* Coordinate delivery across multiple channels and suppliers
* Use data and insights to drive product enhancements
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
About you:
* Product Owner experience in B2C environments
* Experience with 'My Account' section of a website or loyalty programme
* Comfortable with multi-channel delivery and complex stakeholder landscapes
* CRM or loyalty background is a plus; highly technical web experience not essential
