Elevation Recruitment Business Support are working on an exciting opportunity to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Property Manager to join a well-established and growing property business in the heart of Sheffield.
Operating across a diverse portfolio of residential and student properties, this organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality accommodation and exceptional service to tenants. With continued growth in the Sheffield market, they are now looking for an organised and proactive individual to take ownership of a portfolio and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy and excellent tenant experiences.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced position where no two days are the same and where strong organisational and people skills really shine.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring a smooth and professional service for tenants and landlords. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
* Managing a portfolio of residential and student properties across Sheffield
* Coordinating maintenance and contractor works to ensure properties remain in excellent condition
* Carrying out property inspections, check-ins and check-outs
* Managing deposit returns and resolving tenancy queries
* Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
* Maintaining strong occupancy levels and minimising void periods
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A professional, proactive and solution-focused approach
* Previous experience in lettings or property management is desirable but not essential
