Overview
We are seeking an experienced Due Diligence Officer to join our team on a fixed-term basis to support the Council’s response to a significant increase in Right to Buy (RTB) applications. This temporary post has been created due to a surge in applications received prior to Government’s reduction in the maximum RTB discount.
Responsibilities
* Conduct robust due diligence processes on Right to Buy applications in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Money Laundering Legislation.
* Ability to analyse, evaluate and interpret financial information.
* Excellent communication skills.
Role Details
* Hours of work: 22.2 per week, Monday to Friday.
* DBS clearance is required.
* Fixed-term basis for 3 months.
* Hybrid working role (a minimum of 1 day per week in the office). This is a full office/location-based role.
