Role: Lead Mobile Cleaner REF 367570 Contract Length: Until November 2025 (Temp to Perm) Location: The role would be potentially covering all of Cheshire, driving licence would be required. (ideally someone from around the Warrington, Runcorn or Chester areas) IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £16.51 per hour Spinwell is recruiting for a Lead Mobile Cleaner for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEAD MOBILE CLEANER Monitor, record and deliver service levels in accordance with our service level agreement, liaising with our onsite contacts as necessary. Provide support, guidance, training and first line supervision for all cleaning staff. This is a hands-on role, working with the cleaning team to work with and direct all cleaning staff in their duties ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to and targets are achieved to meet our agreement. Ensure that the cleaning function is appropriately resourced by managing the rota effectively including arranging suitable cover for sickness and holidays. To monitor staff attendance and report to management to maintain records and effectively manage absence Report the necessary procurement of new equipment to line manager. Comply with Health & Safety regulations and company policy to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff members, visitors, contractors and others. Post holder will be required to work with substances controlled under COSHH regulations Required to complete deep cleaning using necessary equipment and techniques First port of call for emergency, reactive and daily cleaning duties as required Report any faults in any equipment or building through the helpdesk or to your line manager. Comprehensive induction of all new starters Be able to manage own time effectively as this is a mobile position covering multiple sites across the Cheshire region Some weekend working may be required The Post will involve elements of manual handling SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE LEAD MOBILE CLEANER Experience/knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques and the ability to train staff in this area.
