About the Job As a Product Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Tewkesbury, your mission is to drive profitable growth and long-term competitiveness. We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of the sites products and collaborate seamlessly with manufacturing, sales, marketing, and R&D teams. You will be able to build positive working relationships and have the ability to influence change with both internal and external customers. The individual takes on a leadership role within the factory. They define and implement strategies to achieve various targets, including sales revenue growth, new product launches, lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and cost and asset management. This involves collaborating with key functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Application Engineering, Finance, and R&D. Essential Responsibilities: · Work with the Product Line Director to evaluate, update and implement strategy. · Develop and drive an annual business plan to support sales and new product development, working with the PLD, GM, Controller, Operations Manager and Commercial Manager · Travel to support CSC’s customer opportunities and development, factory, product promotion and participate in trade fairs and roadshows. · Implement globally approved engineering design tools and processes. · Be an active team member of the global product line team and work with other Product Managers in globally defined activities. · Engage with sales, marketing and commercial team on strategic quotes and pricing activities. · Align local activities with Segment, GGI (Global Growth Initiative) and CSC as part of business planning process. · Identify and implement areas of improvement for cost savings, manufacturing efficiency opportunities and rationalization. · Conduct competitive benchmarking and actively monitor the competitive landscape. · Work with marketing to support product launch and promotional activities. · Manage the local product portfolio that are impacted by regulatory and market changes. · Act as a factory lead to drive new product development projects and participate on project teams. · Identify gaps in the local business vs. market need to find opportunities for development (products, materials, processes, services) · Support intellectual property management and implement training for all areas of the factory (patents, NDA's, secrecy of information) Application Process The closing date for applications is Sunday 26th April 2026 Don't delay, apply today!
