Salary: Competitive (available on request)
Bonus: 15% – 22% subject to targets hit
Hours: 8:15am – 4:45pm, Monday – Friday (37.5hrs)

The Role
Here at Accord, we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, target driven individual to join our established and successful sales team.
* As a Sales Representative, you will be working from our purpose-built offices based in Barnstaple, North Devon, promoting our product portfolio over the telephone, through sales campaigns, monthly promotions, and new product launches, as well as providing our customers with relevant market information to support their buying needs.
* High levels of customer contact through daily engagement over the telephone.
* Manage and develop your own designated sales territory, achieving and exceeding targets.
* Actively contact your customers to inform them of our new monthly promotions and product launches along with sharing valuable market information to generate incremental sales.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues sharing best practice to develop and maintain our existing customer estate along with prospecting and winning significant new business.
* Maintain high levels of knowledge of our product portfolio and general market conditions.
* Study and pass industry recognised qualification (A-level equivalent) within the first 2 years and progress to ‘Customer Account Executive’ role with an increase in salary. And use this transferable knowledge to further progress your career within pharmaceutical sales.

* Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiasm, initiative, determination, and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to adapt within a fast-moving environment
