What You’ll Be Doing
* Launch your finance career with a structured rotational programme designed to develop future leaders at Synthomer
* Accelerate your growth through up to six fast-paced rotations over three years, gaining experience across Finance teams such as Treasury, Accounting, Business Partnering, Internal Audit, Group Finance, and Tax/VAT
* Build your future in a permanent role offering hands-on experience, global exposure, and a clear path to long-term leadership
* Learn from the best with rotations sponsored by senior finance leaders dedicated to your development
* Master core skills in analysis, reporting, modelling, auditing, budgeting, and project management
* Collaborate across functions to understand how Finance drives business success
* Fast-track your career with mentorship, real-world challenges, and a clear trajectory toward leadership
What We’re Looking For
* A strong academic foundation – 2:1 or above in a relevant Honours degree
* Excellent communicator and team player, confident presenting ideas, listening actively, and building relationships
* Sharp analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and solving complex problems
* Commercially savvy – understanding how finance supports business strategy and decision-making
* Globally mobile – open to international rotations and new cultures
* Self-driven and curious – motivated to own development and seek out learning opportunities
* Deadline-driven – thrives under pressure and delivers high-quality results
* Creative problem solver – able to gather insights and think outside the box
* Tech confident – proficient in Excel and core Office applications
* Professionally ambitious – committed to completing ACCA or CIMA exams and becoming a qualified accountant
