Job Summary
The Ecommerce Executive is a proactive and driven individual, managing a suite of third-party platforms, with the ability to hit revenue targets.
From start to finish, you will plan and create our presence and listings. Through a great knowledge and understanding of third-party platforms and ecommerce, you will optimise and maximise our reach, making our products best sellers within their respective categories.
Working with your colleagues in product development and sourcing, marketing, logistics and, supported by the Managing Director we will, as a team, continue our strong growth in becoming a market leader in our sector.
In addition to the current platforms, you are both invited and encouraged to introduce new ecommerce sites that you believe the company can benefit marketing on.

Responsibilities
Platforms
* Take full ownership of our third-party sales platforms, including eBay, Shopify, B&Q*, On Buy, Mountain Warehouse and The Range*
* Create new listings and employ a process of continuous improvement for all existing listings across all platforms
* Ensure the visual representation across both listings and platforms is in-line with our brand guidelines
* Create and manage briefs with colleagues and suppliers to assist in the creation of assets and rich content
Sales
* In collaboration with the MD, align sales forecasts and use reporting tools to monitor your success
* Use both paid and unpaid advertising and promotional tools to boost platform and listing visibility
* Work with the product and stock control team in forecasting stock requirements for both existing and new lines
* Ensure we maintain exemplary customer service levels
Media & Marketing
* Collaborate with marketing team to create brand-aligned creative assets
* Assist with ideas for social media, advertising and product launch media
* Coordinate with influencers, media partners and external agencies
* Provide creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of visual content
