Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: 15 hours per week, term-time only (Monday Friday, 10:30am 1:30pm)

Job Requirements for this Lunchtime Supervisor role in Sutton Coldfield:
* Must have experience working in a SEN school
* A caring, flexible, and patient approach to supporting children with additional needs
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of pupils with SLD, PMLD, and Autism
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality for all pupils
Role Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support pupils during lunchtime activities
* Assist with feeding and personal care where required
* Promote positive social interaction and behaviour
* Ensure pupils safety, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
* Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain consistency and quality of care
* Be a key part of the school s commitment to providing personalised, inclusive support
