Salary: £39,416 per annum pro rata plus opportunity to earn bonus related pay
We are seeking an experienced Service Resolution Manager or Complaint Handler who is tenacious and enjoys resolving issues for residents. You will have a background in service delivery, be customer-focused, and committed to high standards of customer satisfaction.
You should be confident with IT systems and specialist packages, an excellent communicator, and able to interpret statistical data to manage budgets and deadlines.
