Are you looking to get into your first technical role? A growing and well:established business is looking for a Trainee Software Support Analyst to join their team. You dont need loads of experience, just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology. Full training is provided.
This is a hands:on role where youll quickly gain real exposure, build technical knowledge, and develop into a fully:fledged support professional.
What Youll Be Doing
* Supporting users with system access, setup, and day:to:day queries
* Assisting with onboarding new customers onto internal platforms
* Troubleshooting issues and working to find practical solutions
* Supporting system configuration and basic technical tasks
* Monitoring usage and working with internal teams where needed
* Gaining exposure to different systems, tools, and user environments
* Occasional site visits to support customers face:to:face
Youll also get involved in general team support and admin, giving you a well:rounded understanding of how the business operates.
What Were Looking For
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people
* A genuine interest in IT / software / tech
* Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
* Able to multitask and work in a fast:paced environment
* Good attention to detail
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
Any experience in customer service, admin, or support is a bonus, but not essential.
