Salary: £57,475 - £67,925 (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role:
Our Finance Team is expanding, and we have a new opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager. In this role, you will be an essential asset to our business, reporting to the Financial Controller. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning & analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and identifying opportunities to improve procedures & controls.
We are looking for an adaptable and efficient individual with a strong finance background. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use their experience & initiative to implement processes, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support the development and progression of the team.

What you’ll be doing:
15. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
16. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports, providing key points and recommendations
17. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, operational colleagues, and relevant departments
18. Provide data-backed recommendations to support effective decision-making
19. Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis, and that all balances are correct and differences investigated
20. Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
21. Deep involvement in the year-end audit process on performance-related queries
22. Undertake various project work such as automation, systems (SAP/POS) improvement
23. Oversee and produce monthly Board Pack and Profit & Loss Account

What we’re looking for:
24. Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience
25. Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities
26. Ability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment
27. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
28. Ambitious and self-motivated individual
29. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
