We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our People team, playing a key role in delivering high-volume hiring across the group with a core focus on Solar Sales Representatives. You’ll be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of quality candidates, and supporting internal vacancies.
This is a fast-paced role at the heart of our recruitment function. You’ll need to be confident on the phone, organised, and proactive. Someone who enjoys speaking with people all day and thrives on keeping things moving.

* Salary between £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
* Make high‑volume outbound calls to applicants daily to screen for suitability
* Carry out structured telephone screenings and record clear notes
* Post, refresh and optimise job adverts across our platforms
* Search job boards and proactively reach out to potential candidates
* Manage and update candidate pipelines within the ATS
* Book interviews and coordinate hiring manager diaries
* Respond to candidate queries via phone and email
* Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and follow compliance processes
* Liaise with hiring managers to update them on candidate progress and interviews booked
* Prepare interview confirmations, follow‑up emails and feedback
* Help build and maintain simple talent pools for future vacancies
* Support the Recruitment Lead with general administrative tasks related to hiring
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a sales-based environment
* Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with candidates daily
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
* Proactive and motivated with a strong work ethic
* Good written communication for candidate emails and job adverts
* Ability to work at pace while keeping details accurate
* Experience scheduling interviews or coordinating diaries
* Comfortable learning and using ATS systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
* Experience recruiting for sales roles
* Exposure to self-employed or commission-based recruitment
* Previous experience using an ATS in a busy environment
