About the role
As our Care Assistant (Nights), you’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and helping them get around and enjoy our home. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with residents, learning about their likes, dislikes, and needs. Here are some key responsibilities:
* You’ll follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, accurately maintaining records.
* You must be alert to our residents’ physical and mental well-being at all times.
* You will help maintain high standards by ensuring our residents’ home is always clean and safe.
