A teaching qualification, such as AET, PTLLS, PGCE, or certificate in education• An assessors' qualification, such as A1, D33/D34, CAVA, TAQA, or IQA• A level 3 or equivalent qualification in your subject area• Experience working with 16-19-year-olds in an educational or apprenticeship setting• A level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and Maths• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills• A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
