Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, often operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommend and justify major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design, or related experience are needed.
Responsibilities
We are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with the ability to execute at scale. This involves working with cross-functional teams across large organizations, guiding teams towards a unified goal. You should drive results, possess high judgment, and be proactive. Demonstrate strong ownership and collaboration skills. You will manage complex, cross-organizational programs impacting both product and business, partnering with various teams in OCI. The environment is dynamic, agile, and complex, focusing on critical programs that impact customers, requiring support, partnership, and strategic alignment.
Candidate Profile
* 10+ years’ experience in developing and executing large cross-cutting programs.
* Ability to think broadly and strategically.
* Background in technology that enables understanding of cloud architecture.
* Strong maturity, judgment, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively with senior leaders across Oracle to drive core business initiatives.
* Comfortable working in ambiguity, problem-solving, and creating solutions.
* Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations.
* Familiarity with AI workloads and software stack.
* Experience in a customer-facing role in a tech company, with AI and HPC end customers being a plus.
