Robert Half have partnered with a longstanding client based in North-East Bristol to support with the recruitment for a Credit Controller into their friendly and supportive team. This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term contract with hybrid working and free parking available.
Job Title: Credit Controller

Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: North-East Bristol
Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 (DOE)
Working Pattern: Full time hours, 37.5 hours across the week. Hybrid working is 3 days in the office, 2 from home post training period
What the role involves:
* Chase and collect overdue/missed payments via telephone, letter and email
* Dealing with/solving queries on invoices both internally and externally
* Ensuring that all customers requiring additional assistance are supported correctly
* Delivering a high level of customer service
* Complying with all relevant policies and procedures
* Collaborating with the wider business to achieve objectives set out
Skills & Experience needed:
* Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering great customer service
* Great time management, planning and organisational skills
* Self-motivated
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Big team player!
* Computer literate
