Salary £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience and skill sets

Location: at either Edinburgh or Huntingdon offices 3 days in the office and 2 remote
Overview of the Role
As the Contract Manager – After Sales, for Operations & Maintenance, you will be the lead negotiator and subject expert for service maintenance contracts. You will manage the full lifecycle of contractual agreements from drafting and negotiation, to execution and compliance. You will ensure alignment with ENERCON’s strategic and financial goals
This role requires key stakeholder management, close collaboration with internal departments and customers to develop, adapt, and improve contract models that meet evolving market needs.
Duties & responsibilities
- Review existing contracts and adapt templates to meet customer needs and requirements
- lead negotiations for new contracts, and for the renewal of existing service contracts
- Define financial margins and pricing for contracts
- Review, draft, finalise, and oversee the signing process of all customers’ contractual documents to meet defined deadlines
-Review and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and warranties
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local laws, regulations and legislation
- Provide contractual expertise to After Sales, Service, and Sales Departments
- Support tender preparations and negotiations with specialised knowledge
- Advice on interpretation and application of contract
- Collaborate with contract experts and legal teams to validate and amend
- Ensure relevant internal teams are informed about new contracts, conditions, and customer expectations are met
-Develop new contract concepts and templates in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Integrate market feedback and customer needs into updated contract models
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management practices
Person Spec
degree or diploma level, ideally in business management, law or similar
experience in a contract management role is essential
experience with contractual, commercial and technical aspects of the energy industry; (wind experience is preferred)

Full UK driving license
Eligibility to work in the UK
