FPCR Environment and Design is an award winning multidisciplinary consultancy with a growing Accounts team and we are looking for someone to join us!
We have an opportunity for a Finance Assistant or Finance Administrator (depending on experience) to become part of our friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in a similar accounts position or has completed relevant financial studies. The relevant candidate will need the ability to pick up new systems quickly and is keen to make a positive contribution to our existing Accounts team.
Key Responsibilities :
* Preparing and issuing sales invoices
* Processing staff expense claims
* Inputting of data into accounts software package
* Inputting Purchase invoices
* Collaborate with clients and colleague to resolve queries
* Chasing overdue payments
* Processing of BACS payments.
* Assisting with month end duties
Desirable skills and experience:
* Experience within a similar Accounts role
* Relevant finance training or qualifications
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel & Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Flexibility and a can-do attitude
This is a full-time role, which will be predominantly office-based. Salary will be £24,500-£28,500 per annum.
