What We re Looking For:
* A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE)
* Experience supporting EY pupils, including behaviour and early learning development
* A nurturing, imaginative approach that sparks joy and curiosity in young learners
* High expectations for both yourself and your pupils, encouraging consistent progress
* Strong classroom management and teamwork skills
* Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
* Two recent references from educational settings
