The key responsibilities of the Facilities Administrator will be as follows:
3. Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities
4. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility needs
5. Assist with office move and space planning projects
6. Handle administrative tasks related to facilities management
7. Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
8. Coordinate meeting room bookings
9. Support the facilities team in day-to-day operations
